SuperNatural

Hi, my name is Jenny Barrett and I live in Brighton with my husband and 3 children aged 9-21!
When I started my business it really was a no brainer to work ethically and sustainably. In my opinion, you can't possibly make clothes for babies and children and not care about who makes them (ie NO CHILD LABOUR) and what impact the clothing production will have on not only our world, but more importantly ... on our children's future world.
As well as organic cotton we use natural based fibres which provide lovely soft, easy-care, long-lasting alternatives to land and water guzzling cotton.
Our clothing is fun to wear and because it's well made from good quality fabrics will be handed down to younger bruvs and sisters - the ULTIMATE RECYCLE:):)
Not just natural - SUPERNATURAL!!!

Eco outfitters

Eco outfitters is a new and dynamic ethical and sustainable school clothing company set up by two mothers, passionate about improving the quality of the school uniforms that our children spend so much time wearing.

This project came about after our children started primary school, when we realised, that, alarmingly, most of their school clothes contained dangerous chemicals treated with stain-resistant, wrinkle-resistant coatings which can be very harmful for their health. To address this concern, Eco outfitters developed a range of school uniforms, which are healthy, durable, sustainable, and practical too - all made from 100% pure organic cotton, certified by GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standards), which guarantees that the whole supply chain from field to final product meets rigorous environmental and social standards.

Eco outfitters offer a range of everyday school uniform items to schools and organisations, as well as individual customers. Our range includes: polo shirts, sweatshirts, cardigans, fleeces, boys and girls trousers, skirts, pinafores, etc.

For more information, to buy or to nominate your school to offer eco uniform, go to www.ecooutfitters.co.uk
